B2B Outbound Marketing Specialist

Position overview

This is an execution-focused role. You will own the outbound pipeline from list building to campaign delivery, maintain CRM data quality, and pass clean, qualified outcomes to the sales team. You are not managing strategy from a distance — you are building prospect lists, launching campaigns, tracking replies, and keeping lifecycle data accurate across international B2B markets.


Outbound Execution

  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, focused on ICP accounts across APAC, HK, SG, EU, and US markets

  • Set up, launch, and optimize cold email campaigns via Instantly or similar platforms

  • Own inbox health, domain warm-up, deliverability monitoring, and reply categorization

  • Test messaging variants by segment, persona, and intent signal

  • Continuously iterate based on open rate, reply rate, and positive reply data

CRM & Lifecycle Management

  • Sync reply outcomes, lead stages, and engagement data into HubSpot

  • Build and maintain segmented contact lists across lead, prospect, and re-engagement stages

  • Execute nurture sequences and re-engagement campaigns for cold or inactive prospects

  • Manage list hygiene, suppression logic, and compliance across all sends

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

  • Work directly with the Sales team to align on ICP definitions, target accounts, and outreach timing

  • Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to align outbound themes, CTAs, and campaign timing

  • Share outbound performance data to inform content and positioning decisions

  • Report campaign outcomes to the Marketing Manager with clear metrics and recommendations

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B outbound marketing, demand generation, or RevOps-adjacent roles

  • Direct execution experience with cold email platforms (Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, or equivalent)

  • Hands-on experience with Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect research and list building

  • Working knowledge of HubSpot: contact management, workflows, lifecycle stages

  • Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain health, and segmentation logic

  • Comfortable operating independently with high-level direction

  • Clear written communication in English, B2B context

  • Experience targeting international markets (US, UK, AU, SG, or EU) is a plus

  • Background in IT outsourcing, SaaS, or tech services is preferred
