QA ENGINEER (2 – 3 years)

We are looking for a strong Junior Manual Tester with sharp logical thinking, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility to join our Web project teams. You will be primarily responsible for product quality by planning, designing test cases, and executing manual tests.

• Experience: 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience as a Manual Tester (Strong grasp of test design techniques such as Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis, Decision Tables, etc.).

• Proven experience in testing Web.

• Proficient in using bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, Confluence, TestRail, etc.).

• Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and highly committed to product quality.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills—proactive in debugging while maintaining a collaborative relationship with Developers.

• Familiarity with Postman or similar tools for basic API testing.

• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to have

• Automation Test: Basic knowledge of or exposure to Automation Testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium...) with a career mindset toward becoming an Automation/Full-stack QA.
