4+ years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO).

Provide functional consulting, support, configuration, and training for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective D365FO functional solutions.

Configure and support D365FO modules and end-to-end business processes, including:

• Record to Report (R2R)

• Quote to Cash (Q2C)

• Procure to Pay (P2P)

• Acquire to Retire (A2R)

• Source to Pay (S2P)

• Human Resources (HR)

• Warehouse Management

• Inventory Management

Collaborate closely with clients, technical consultants, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver appropriate business solutions.

Prepare functional requirement documents, functional design documents, and specifications for system customizations and enhancements.

Support system integration, data migration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.

Prepare user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.

Conduct user training and knowledge-transfer sessions for key users and end users.

Strong specialization or practical experience in one or more areas: Finance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Integration, and Data Migration.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments.

Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and project teams.

Gross Salary: Up to 55 million (VND)
