You'll work across the full stack (ReactJS + NodeJS), collaborate directly with clients from the EU, US, UAE, and APAC, and be expected to use AI tools actively to build faster and better. 1+ years of experience in web development
Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and NodeJS
Product mindset — you care about the outcome, not just completing tickets
Comfortable using AI tools to write, debug, and ship code faster
Willing to learn new languages or frameworks when the project calls for it
Proficiency in PostgreSQL or equivalent relational databases
Strong communication skills — able to work clearly with both teammates and clients
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Nice to have
Good English communication skills — not required, but a significant advantage when working with international clients
Previous experience working directly with international clients
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines
Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
