Position overview

We're building real products for international clients — and we want a developer who cares about what they ship, not just how they ship it.

You'll work across the full stack (ReactJS + NodeJS), collaborate directly with clients from the EU, US, UAE, and APAC, and be expected to use AI tools actively to build faster and better. If you have a product mindset, communicate well, and aren't afraid to pick up new tech when the job calls for it — this role is for you.


Job requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in web development

  • Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and NodeJS

  • Product mindset — you care about the outcome, not just completing tickets

  • Comfortable using AI tools to write, debug, and ship code faster

  • Willing to learn new languages or frameworks when the project calls for it

  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL or equivalent relational databases

  • Strong communication skills — able to work clearly with both teammates and clients

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to have

  • Good English communication skills — not required, but a significant advantage when working with international clients

  • Previous experience working directly with international clients

  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines

  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
