Project Manager (3+ years)

We're looking for a Project Manager who thinks like a product person, not just a delivery manager.

You'll work directly with international clients to understand what they actually need, translate that into clear requirements for the development team, and make sure the right things get built — on time and to a high standard. English fluency is non-negotiable. A technical background is a big bonus — you don't need to write code, but you need to understand how software works well enough to ask the right questions and spot problems early.

If you've led projects end-to-end, can hold your own in a client call, and use AI as part of how you work — we want to talk to you.

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar delivery/BA role

• Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken — you will use this every day with international clients (non-negotiable)

• Has successfully led 2–3 projects end-to-end, from kickoff to delivery

• Strong product mindset — you care about whether the right thing is being built, not just whether the deadline is met

• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) as part of your daily workflow

• Ability to write clear, concise User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and BRDs

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar)

Nice to have

• Technical background in software development, QA, or systems design — you don't need to code, but understanding how software is built will set you apart

• Experience working directly with clients from EU, US, UAE, or APAC markets

• Scrum Master experience

• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or EdTech

• Project management certification (PMP, PSM, CAPM, or PRINCE2)
