Position overview

- Design and execute international market expansion strategies (Singapore, Israel, EU, and other target regions)
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other lead-generation activities.
- Coordinate with delivery, technical, and consulting teams to ensure proposal feasibility, consistency, and credibility.
- Act as a key bridge between business, technology, and enterprise stakeholders.
- Work directly with the CEO on strategic IT Outsourcing and Staff Augmentation deals

Interview process

2 rounds: -> R1: BD Lead (online/offline) -> R2: CEO

Job requirements

- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 1 year in ITO
- Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
- Solid knowledge of IT Outsourcing and outbound sales channels (LinkedIn, Apollo, CRM tools, etc.)

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
