Business Development Executive (1+ year experience)

724SOFTWARE is a Vietnam-based IT engineering firm with a team of 200+ software professionals. We specialize in providing dedicated engineering teams and custom software development for international clients across Europe, Asia, and North America.

As a Junior BDE, you will drive our international expansion by actively prospecting B2B leads, building outbound email/LinkedIn pipelines, and qualifying overseas clients. You will work alongside our Presales and Engineering teams to convert opportunities into long-term software contracts.

Nice to Have

• Existing contacts or partner network in key overseas markets (SG, HK, US, EU).

• Basic understanding of IT software agency business models (Dedicated Team, Fixed-Price) and common tech roles.

• 1–2 years in B2B Tech Sales: Direct experience selling IT outsourcing, custom software development, dedicated team extensions, or SaaS.

• Proven Outbound Prospecting: Demonstrated ability to generate leads and book meetings using LinkedIn, cold email campaigns, and outbound tools.

• Professional English: Fluent written and spoken English for direct deal negotiations with C-level international clients.

• CRM & Pipeline Management: Hands-on experience managing sales pipelines, deal stages, and logs inside HubSpot or similar CRM platforms

• 12,000,000 – 15,000,000 VND Gross/month + uncapped commission per closed deal.
