1. About 724Edu
724Edu is the first company within the 724SOFTWARE ecosystem dedicated to building proprietary AI products. This marks a new strategic direction for the group, complementing its existing member companies that provide IT services to international markets.
Focused on AI-powered education solutions, 724Edu aims to bring internationally benchmarked EdTech products to the Vietnamese market. Its products are designed to support practical education use cases, helping schools, training teams and organizations improve the way teaching, learning and knowledge management are operated.
724Edu is currently entering the proof-of-concept stage with VTC for an AI-powered teaching support solution. The POC focuses on integrating AI directly into real teaching workflows, including AI assisted lesson preparation, automated knowledge structuring, teaching content suggestions and learning interaction tracking.
Rather than replacing educators the solution is designed to support their daily work, reducing preparation time, improving content consistency and helping institutions better understand how learners interact with educational materials. The goal of this POC is not only to test the technology, but also to validate how AI can be applied in a practical, measurable and scalable way within Vietnam’s education environment.
2. Market context
