The collaboration marks 724SOFTWARE's third enterprise milestone of the year and further strengthens the company's capabilities in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for complex, international business environments.

724SOFTWARE has begun a collaboration with LOGISTEED on a transformation project, moving the company from SAP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The project is currently in its initial phase, having recently kicked off. 724SOFTWARE is collaborating on this project as a technology trusted vendor, contributing its Microsoft platform engineering skills to help adapt Dynamics 365 to LOGISTEED's operations and existing systems.

This project represents another important milestone in 724SOFTWARE’s growing experience delivering Microsoft enterprise solutions.

Supporting an enterprise logistics environment

Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, LOGISTEED is a global logistics group providing supply chain solutions across three main areas: 3PL and contract logistics, heavy transport and relocation, and freight forwarding. As of March 31, 2026, the group employed 56,240 people across 115 companies and operated 1,019 sites globally, combining logistics experience with information technology, logistics technologies, and an international network to help design and run its customers' supply chains.

A logistics business like LOGISTEED runs on many interconnected processes. Its platform needs to fit specific business requirements while staying stable, consistent, well-integrated, and ready to scale. To support these requirements, 724SOFTWARE brings deep Microsoft platform engineering expertise, along with proven experience delivering complex, large-scale ERP implementations.

Adapting Microsoft Dynamics 365 to business requirements

Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, 724SOFTWARE applies a flexible, engineering-led delivery model built around the client's business processes, technical environment, and priorities.

During the initial phase, 724SOFTWARE's engineers have supported requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution customization, systems integration, and quality assurance activities. The team works closely with project stakeholders to translate logistics and financial requirements into maintainable Dynamics 365 extensions and integration workflows.

Logistics operations bring specific challenges to an ERP transformation of this scale. Processes such as multi-entity and multi-currency financial consolidation, warehouse and inventory management across sites, and integration with transportation and freight systems all need to work reliably within a single platform. One area of particular technical importance is reconciling and mapping master data, including charts of accounts, financial dimensions, and vendor and customer records, from the legacy SAP environment into Dynamics 365's data model, a step that directly affects reporting accuracy and operational continuity throughout the transition.

This work draws on 724SOFTWARE's Microsoft Platform Engineering practice, which focuses on customizing and integrating Microsoft business platforms, backed by the company's wider experience in software engineering and quality assurance. This project adds to a growing list of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform projects the company has delivered for clients across different industries.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 connects financial and operational processes in one integrated environment, supporting areas such as procurement, inventory, warehouse management, supply planning, order management, asset management, reporting, and financial operations.

"This project reflects what 724SOFTWARE does well: understanding complex requirements and adapting Microsoft Dynamics 365 to a client's real operating environment. Our focus goes beyond technical delivery, it's about building a solution the client can rely on for the long term." - according to Mr. Duc Nguyen, CEO of 724SOFTWARE

Strengthening 724SOFTWARE's enterprise delivery capabilities

This engagement represents another step in expanding 724SOFTWARE's Microsoft enterprise delivery capabilities. It reflects the company's experience supporting international clients with Microsoft technologies while adapting to different operational models, technical environments, and cross-border delivery requirements.

It also builds on the steady growth of 724SOFTWARE's Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice, backed by a team of Microsoft-certified engineers and an expanding portfolio of strategic clients across industries. That combination of technical depth and delivery discipline is what allows the company to take on complex, large-scale transformation projects with confidence.

As demand for enterprise modernization continues to grow, 724SOFTWARE focuses on deploying skilled Vietnamese engineering teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and business-focused technology solutions globally.
